Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMZDOC client portal at amzdoc.help/portal (the "Portal") and the services provided through it. The Portal is operated by AMZDOC LLC, a limited liability company organized in Sacramento, California, USA ("AMZDOC", "we", "us"). They supplement the general Terms of Service published on our website; where the Portal and the website terms conflict for Portal use, these Terms control.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a service, or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and, if you participate in the affiliate program, our Affiliate Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Portal on behalf of a business or seller account, you represent that you are authorized to act for it and to bind it to these Terms.
3. Our Services
AMZDOC provides professional assistance with Amazon Seller Central matters, including brand and category ungating (selling-application) support, account-access management, and related consulting. We deliver services on a professional best-efforts basis.
Independent provider. AMZDOC is an independent consultancy. We are not Amazon and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
4. Your Account & Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Seller-Account Access & Authorization
Some services require limited access to your Amazon seller account. Where you choose the managed-access method, you grant a defined set of user permissions to an email address we provide, through Amazon's own User Permissions system, and you provide the resulting invite link in the Portal. You authorize AMZDOC to act within the scope of those permissions solely to perform the services you have engaged. You may revoke access at any time through Amazon Seller Central. We never ask for, and you should never share, your Amazon account password. You remain the owner of and responsible for your seller account.
6. Packages
Packages are prepaid bundles of a fixed number of guaranteed brand "opens" with no expiry. A slot is consumed only when a brand is successfully opened (approved). A brand that is rejected does not consume a slot and may be replaced with another eligible brand, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Loyalty bonuses, where offered, are applied automatically and are not redeemable for cash.
7. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated in US dollars and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise. We accept card payments (processed by Stripe) and USDT (TRC20). You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Amounts charged are computed by us at checkout; any discount is validated server-side.
8. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Approval decisions are made solely by Amazon and are outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that any particular ungating, reinstatement, or application will succeed, except as expressly stated for specific package offerings. Our remedies for an unsuccessful outcome are limited to those in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Portal or our services to: (a) violate any law or Amazon policy; (b) submit false, forged, or fraudulent documents or information; (c) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Portal; or (e) misuse any access we are granted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
11. Confidentiality of Our Methods & Sourcing
Our processes, know-how, supplier relationships, and the source documents and invoices we use to perform the services are proprietary and confidential trade secrets of AMZDOC. The services do not include disclosure of our suppliers or delivery of those supplier documents or invoices to you. A receipt for the service fee you pay is available on request; the underlying sourcing remains confidential.
12. Intellectual Property
The Portal, its content, design, and software are owned by AMZDOC and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Portal for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the business information you submit and grant us a license to use it solely to provide the services.
13. Mutual Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only as needed to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Portal and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMZDOC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMZDOC and its members and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Portal, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including Amazon's policies).
17. Term & Termination
These Terms apply while you use the Portal. Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, suspected fraud, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., payment, confidentiality, IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting each other.
