Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AMZDOC LLC ("AMZDOC", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information through the client portal at amzdoc.help/portal (the "Portal"). It supplements the Privacy Policy on our website. By using the Portal you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
- Business data: brand names, product ASINs, seller-account labels, and notes related to the services you request.
- Account-access data: the Amazon user-permission invite links you provide and the assignment of a permission email to your account. We do not request or store your Amazon password; access is granted only through Amazon's User Permissions system and can be revoked by you at any time.
- Payment data: for card payments, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We retain payment amounts, status, and reference identifiers. For USDT payments, we store the transaction hash (txid) you submit.
- Payout data: if you withdraw affiliate earnings, the details you provide for the chosen method — e.g. a crypto wallet address, an account email, or bank details such as account holder, bank name, routing/account number, SWIFT/IBAN — and your declared tax status (US / non-US).
- Referral data: your referral code, referred users, and commission records.
- Usage & security data: IP address, login attempts, and basic technical logs used to operate and secure the Portal.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, perform, and support the services you request.
- To process payments and affiliate payouts.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and to keep the Portal secure.
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests.
- To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, including issuing tax forms (e.g. 1099-NEC) where required.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider, email delivery, and brand-verification data providers (e.g. trademark/ASIN lookups). They may process data only on our behalf.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies
The Portal uses a strictly necessary session cookie (amzdoc_portal) to keep
you signed in, and a referral-attribution cookie (amzdoc_ref) that lasts up to
90 days when you arrive via an affiliate link. The Portal does not use third-party
advertising cookies.
5. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, parameterized database queries, CSRF protection, access controls, and other safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the services. Payment and payout records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes (generally several years under applicable law). You may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep.
7. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or a copy, to request deletion or correction, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below; we may verify your identity before responding.
8. Payment Processor
Card payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation and limited transaction metadata, not your full card details.
9. Children's Privacy
The Portal is intended for business users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. International Users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Portal from outside the US, you understand your information is processed in the US.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; material changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date.
