Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the AMZDOC referral program through the Portal. They are part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Service. By requesting a withdrawal or otherwise participating, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

The affiliate program is enabled for eligible users after their first purchase or by approval from AMZDOC, and for approved partners. We may decline or revoke participation at our discretion.

2. How It Works

You receive a unique referral link. When a new client signs up through your link, they are attributed to you for up to 90 days via a cookie. You earn a commission on qualifying payments those referred clients make.

3. Commission

The standard commission is 15% of the amount actually paid by your referred clients for qualifying services. Commission is calculated on the net amount paid (after any discounts) and excludes taxes, processing fees, refunded amounts, and chargebacks. Rates may be changed prospectively.

4. Hold & Approval

Commissions are first recorded as pending (on hold). A commission becomes available only after the referred order has settled and the applicable service is delivered — typically up to about 10 business days. If the underlying payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the related commission is cancelled or reversed.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is $50. Available methods are USDT (TRC20), Wise, Payoneer, US bank transfer (ACH), and international bank wire. A withdrawal fee applies and is deducted from the amount you withdraw; default fees are: USDT $1, Wise 1%, Payoneer 2%, ACH no fee, and bank wire $25 (fees may change). Requests are reviewed and processed manually, generally within 24–48 hours. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details; AMZDOC is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect details you submit. Crypto payouts are irreversible once sent.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes on your earnings. You agree to provide a valid Form W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (non-US persons) on request. We may withhold payouts until valid tax information is provided, and we may issue a Form 1099-NEC where required by law (the reporting threshold is $2,000 for 2026 under current rules).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: send spam or unsolicited messages; make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about AMZDOC or Amazon; bid on or misuse AMZDOC trademarks in paid advertising; engage in cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or any fraudulent or deceptive activity; or violate any law or platform policy. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination from the program.

8. Self-Referrals

Referring yourself or your own accounts is not eligible for commission.

9. Independent Relationship

Participation does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship. You act as an independent party and may not represent yourself as AMZDOC.

10. Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the program, or change commission rates and terms, prospectively. We may terminate your participation at any time for breach or suspected fraud. Accrued, approved, and unpaid commissions earned in compliance with these terms will be honored, subject to valid payout and tax details.
