Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services purchased through the AMZDOC Portal. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Single-Brand Orders
For an individual (single-brand) ungating order, if the application for that brand is unsuccessful (rejected), you are eligible for a refund of the fee paid for that brand. If you cancel before we begin work on the order, you are also eligible for a full refund. Orders that result in a successful opening are non-refundable.
2. Package Orders
Packages (prepaid bundles of brand "opens") are not refundable for cash. The package guarantee is fulfilled through replacement: a brand that is rejected does not consume a slot and may be replaced with another eligible brand, until the number of opens you purchased has been delivered. Unused slots do not expire but have no cash value and are non-refundable.
3. Successful Services
Fees for services that achieve their intended result (e.g. a brand successfully opened) are non-refundable.
4. Suppliers & Source Documents
Our suppliers and the source documents and invoices used to perform the ungating process are confidential and proprietary. The service does not include disclosing our suppliers or providing those supplier documents or invoices to you, and their non-disclosure is not a basis for a refund. A receipt for the service fee you paid is available on request.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the relevant rejection decision, using the Portal message thread or the contact details below, and include your account email and the brand/order in question. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible.
6. USDT (Crypto) Payments
USDT (TRC20) payments are processed manually and are not reversible on-chain. Where a refund applies to a USDT payment, it is processed manually to a wallet address you provide and may take additional time.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us, or filing a fraudulent chargeback, may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any related package slots or credits.
